Luisa & Aidan’s Incredible Italian-Irish Wedding at North Mymms Park

As a Hertfordshire wedding photographer, I get to witness some truly spectacular celebrations, but Luisa and Aidan’s wedding at the stunning North Mymms Park will stay with me for a long time. This beautiful November day combined the best of Irish and Italian traditions, resulting in a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Although November weddings can be unpredictable when it comes to weather, Luisa and Aidan couldn’t have asked for a better day. The sun shone brightly, and we were lucky to have dry conditions for their couple portraits. North Mymms Park provided the perfect backdrop for their photos, with its historic charm and breathtaking gardens.

Luisa and Aidan’s wedding was truly a family affair. The room was filled with their closest friends and family, creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dancefloor. Luisa and Aidan’s first dance was so much fun, an explosion of colorful confetti covered them from head to toe, one of my favourite traditions! Then came the music—a mix of traditional Italian and Irish tunes that had the dancefloor bouncing all night long. From impromptu dances mid-meal to a packed floor with friends and family, the energy was electric.

This wedding was a dream to photograph. From the intimate moments of the couple’s portraits to the high-energy dancefloor shots, every part of the day was bursting with life and emotion.
